Evening primrose oil (oenothera biennis) is oil derived from seeds rich in omega-6 essential fatty acids such as gamma linolenic acid (GLA). GLA is an essential component of myelin, a protective coating around nerve fibers and nerve cell membranes. UB Bio's EPO is made from cold pressed organic EPO oil and ensures that no harsh chemical or hot extraction methods are applied.
